About Us

Wholesale Contract Screen Printing & Embroidery Since 2008

Founded in 2008 in Eastlake, Ohio, Blue Moon Screenprinting, Inc. was built for one purpose: to serve as a reliable, behind-the-scenes partner for promotional product distributors and resellers. From the beginning, we’ve been a 100% wholesale contract decorator—no end-user sales, no competing for your clients. 
​What started in a small warehouse with a single press has grown into one of the most respected names in contract screen printing and contract embroidery nationwide. Today, we’re known for our exceptional print quality, responsive service, and a “whatever it takes” approach to helping our clients deliver.

Our Journey
​2008: Founded in Eastlake, Ohio, with a focus on wholesale contract screen printing
2009: Installed our first automatic press to expand production
2011: Received our first national printing award for quality and craftsmanship (ISS)
2012: Achieved international recognition with our first international award (SGIA)
2016: Implemented Computer-to-Screen (CTS) technology
2017: Installed automated screen coater to enhance precision and consistency 
​2017: purchased two new ROQ automatic presses which significantly increased our production capacity
2018: Added Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for short runs
2020: Automated our screen reclaim process to improve efficiency and sustainability
2022: Installed automated screen development
​2022: added embroidery with Artificial Intelligence assisted production
​2022: purchased two additional ROQ automatic presses
2023: Launched Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers for vibrant, full-color decoration on a wide range of fabrics
